Don’t you hate it when you really need something and it just doesn’t exist. I always wanted a phone/pda/mp3 player. They are just starting to come to market. Pocket PC based phones will do the job but its still lacking. The phone is just a program that runs on the operating system. What happens if your phone program crashes? Who needs that. This really isn’t what I wanted to talk about.
What I wanted to talk about was del.icio.us. A social bookmarking site that is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. In a nutshell, del.icio.us is a giant community bookmark folder. You put your bookmarks in there and can share it with the rest of the community. There is also a page that lists the most popular links in the network. Every link has tags attached to them. Lets say I wanted to see some links on the new iPod. Just go to the iPod tag and see whats goin down. In the future I will add link to my bookmarks so the viewing public can see what i’m up to.
